The Problem
A services site has to do two jobs at once: prove the process works, and be an example of the process working.
What I Built
A hand-crafted React + FastAPI site with a live portfolio, a working contact + lead flow, weekly digest emails, a QR-tracked digital business card at /robert, and a password-protected analytics dashboard at /robert/stats. All shipped by one person in weeks.
